RecoSquare analyzes your order data and payment settlement data to calculate accurate P&L. It accounts for product returns, reverse shipping charges, Amazon fees, refunds, and delayed payments, reconciling discrepancies between orders and settlements automatically.
Amazon allows customers 10 days to return products. Orders placed in the last week of January can be returned into early February, and reimbursement claims can take another 10 days. Reconciling month + 20 additional days captures all related transactions.
Download two files from Amazon Seller Central: order data for the month you want to reconcile, and payment data for that month plus at least 20 additional days. RecoSquare accepts CSV files directly from Amazon.
